How much is the deposit to secure my event date?
A non-refundable 30% pre-payment is required at checkout to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be charged to the card used for the prepayment 7 days prior to your event date.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
For all outdoor bookings, you must have a suitable indoor backup venue available in the event of rain, strong winds, or any weather conditions deemed unsafe for setup.
The final decision on whether equipment can be safely installed outdoors rests with Teenylands. If the weather is unsuitable, we will require the booking to be moved to the nominated indoor backup location.
If no suitable indoor backup location is available, the event will be cancelled with no refund, as we are unable to safely provide our services in unsafe weather conditions.
Space Requirements
Bounce Castle: (3 x 2.5m) - requires approximately 7 x 6.5 m, including a minimum 2 m of clear space around the equipment. Please ensure you have the appropriate space before booking.
Maximum 5 persons on at a time.
Suitable for indoor or outdoor use on a flat, level surface only. A nearby power outlet is required for the blower.
For outdoor use, must be grass only. Adequate shade is recommended, as the equipment can become very hot when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Soft Play: (4 x 5m) - requires approximately 9 x 8 m, including a minimum 2 m of clear space around the equipment. Please ensure you have the appropriate space before booking.
Suitable for indoor or outdoor use on a flat, level surface only.
For outdoor use, must be grass only. Adequate shade is recommended, as the equipment can become very hot when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Play equipment is not to be removed from the set up area
Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible. As our equipment is reserved exclusively for your event, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 1–3 days before your event: No refunds or rescheduling permitted.
- 3–7 days before your event: No refunds, however you may reschedule your booking to another available date.
- 7–28 days before your event: You may receive a 50% refund of your deposit or reschedule to another available date.
- More than 28 days before your event: You are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or may reschedule to another available date.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and may only be rescheduled once. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to work with you where possible.
